“A big thank you to the fantastic staff at Hanrob Melbourne. We recently had to leave our beautiful bernese mountain dog, Sadie, for four days. An inspection of our local kennels did nothing to ease our minds. Our beautiful girl has a serious health issue and we wanted to find somewhere that would take care of her as well as we do. Dear Hanrob Team,

We recently saw Hanrob on the Circle, which was perfect timing for us as we had to go away, meaning we needed to leave our furchildren Scruffy and Toto in pet boarding . When our vet also recommended the new Hanrob pet hotel at Tullamarine Airport, we had to check it out and were more than impressed by not only the environment but the passion of all the staff. The convenience of being able to drop off and pick up between the hours of 6am – 9pm made it so easy to organise our flights. When we checked in Scruffy and Toto they were greeted by name and were shown to their suite. We knew that we had chosen the right place for our family members. “My dog Cleo is thrilled when she sees me packing my suitcase because she knows it means she’s off to Hanrob, her favourite home away from home.

Cleo especially likes Hanrob’s airport facilities because she has the Hanrob Park, Bark and Purr team so well trained that they are putty in her paws.  They tell her she’s gorgeous; give her plenty of pats and cuddles; let her play with her doggy friends outside in the fresh air for hours and even allow her to share her lodgings with a canine chum so she won’t feel  lonely.  And when it’s time to go home they give her a perfumed bath and blow wave. No wonder Hanrob is Cleo’s idea of doggy heaven.

I like the convenience of Hanrob at Sydney airport. I drop Cleo off on my way to the airline terminal and pick her on my return.  It couldn’t be easier and it only adds about 10 minutes to my schedule. “Thanks for showing me around this morning, this is the BEST I have actually been to. Anyone looking I strongly recommend Hanrob and I am not easily pleased when it comes to my dog. The staff were helpful but not pushy or trying to sell the place to me and were happy to answer my questions and appreciated that my dog is precious to me. …The facilities are fantastic, clean, roomy and all the dogs looked happy and weren’t moping. All were wagging. Normally standard accommodation is well standard, this was not over the top but not small. Finally a place I will be happy to bring my dog to!
